Hey, I’m so glad you’re here.

After 10 years of nutrition practice, there are two things I know for sure: #1 people try really hard to eat “healthy” and exercise, and they still feel like crap (zero energy, chronic pain, headaches, annoying digestive issues, the list goes on). And #2 they become unnecessarily obsessed with food and conflicted about what to eat.


These two problems are exactly why I created Mind Your Body.


My question for you: what if you didn’t have to try so damn hard? What if you didn’t have to exercise and restrict yourself to “health”? What if letting go of controlling every aspect of eating, exercise and life could actually be the key to getting the energy and focus you’ve been looking for?

I’m not saying you should lay on the couch all day, but if you’ve been doing “all the things” for years and years and you still feel horrible, do you think one more workout or one less food group is your answer?

Mind Your Body (MYB) is a whole-person program to help you feel great without feeling like you have to follow strict rules “perfectly” or make you obsessed with every bite of food you take. It’s about learning to listen to your body and trust its wisdom. Mind Your Body is a program you can do on your own time, at your own pace, and without the major investment of 1:1 care.

It combines my experience and study of nutrition, chronic disease, digestive health, mindset, habits, and well-being. I’m calling it Mind Your Body because health requires both a healthy mind and body — you cannot have one without the other.

Mind Your Body is for you if you:

  • Are done starting diets with "rules" you know you’ll inevitably "break."

  • Are done hating your body and comparing it to others.

  • Want to learn how to trust and listen to the signals your body sends you.

  • Prefer a practical, down-to-earth, and compassionate approach to health.

  • Want to think more about your life and less about food while honoring the many nourishing (and healing) aspects of food.

  • Want an evidence and science-informed approach to health.

  • Are looking for a mindset shift. If that's the case, this is really for you.

If any of the above applies, I am really excited for you. MYB is a result of seeing lots of clients try and "fail" diets, my own struggles with food, principles of positive psychology (the science of flourishing), and a desire to help you avoid some of the mistakes I've made myself with food and nutrition.

Mind Your Body (MYB) is a self-paced program that includes over 12+ videos with action items or journal prompts, downloadable resources and recipes. MYB goes beyond basic nutrition information and honors your whole life and whole self. It is meant to allow you to trust and listen to your body so you can feel your best. It includes these modules:

  • Introduction to MYB

  • Mindset: Setting the foundation for a paradigm shift

  • Making peace with food and your body

  • Tuning into hunger, fullness, and eating for true satisfaction

  • Food as nourishment (chronic disease, food, and inflammation)

  • Taking Action:

    • Building balanced meals and snacks

    • Recipes and resources

  • Life beyond the food:

    • Making change that sticks

    • Increasing well-being (How can you increase your happiness?)
